Education

We are committed to eduction in young canadians supporting cancer survival. INFUSION offers opportunities for young canadians to volunteer and gain real life work experience through internship programs and mentoring. In addition, we are focused on public education of cancer prevention and awareness through speaker series and campaigns.

Internship Program
We work closely with post-secondary instutions to offer academic internships where faculty programs exist. It provides the opportunity for students to bring theory into practice and apply previous work experience to the job.

Mentoring Program
We work with professors, cancer survivors and professionals in the working world to help mentor our volunteers. For adults, this is a great way to volunteer and share your experiences with your community.

Survivorship Awareness
Discover what it takes to overcome cancer and the role INFUSION plays in supporting survival.

High School Program
We work with local high schools to help educate students from public awareness about cancer patients and survivors to best practices for fundraising. In addition, our high school volunteer program provide opportunities to work on special events and projects throughout the organization.
